CHB Homes was founded by Cody Scates and Heath Townsend to bring buyers a distinctive home of outstanding and enduring value while also providing an enjoyable experience. With their knowledge, experience and attention to personal service, Heath and Cody make sure you have all the support and information you need to make the very best choices for your home. They are committed to providing an unequalled homebuilding experience. 

Heath grew up in South Texas and is retired military.  Upon retirement from the Army, he returned to College Station to pursue his education and then began building homes.  He has been in the home buildng market for the last 9 years.

Cody is a former Aggie Athlete.  After making the rounds on the playing field, he chose to settle down here in College Station where he has been building homes for the past 3 years.
